Wallin Hester attorneys won a trial verdict in a breach of contract lawsuit against The UPS Store and UPS, Inc.
The judgment includes an award of the full amount of damages sought by Wallin Hester’s client from the beginning of the case.
UPS was represented throughout the lawsuit and at trial by a prominent downtown Phoenix law firm.
The trial verdict was an important victory for Wallin Hester’s client, Accelerator Service and Parts, LLC, a recently organized business that sells high-tech medical equipment throughout the United States. Equally important, the trial court authorized an application for attorney’s fees which, if granted, would require UPS to reimburse Accelerator Service and Parts, LLC for all of its attorney’s fees and costs incurred to pursue its lawsuit against UPS.
