Wallin Hester PLC is pleased to announce that Chad A. Hester has joined the Firm as an associate practicing in business and commercial litigation.
Chad practices primarily in the area of commercial transactions litigation, in which he represents individuals as well as small and medium size business in various commercial litigation matters that entrepreneurs and businesses frequently face. His practice allows him to assist entrepreneurs and business owners in a variety of areas such as business formation, litigation, employment matters, including enforcement on non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, trademark enforcement, real estate litigation and enforcement, construction litigation as well as to provide general counseling to growing companies.

Chad earned a J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University in 2002, where he was managing editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. Prior to law school, Chad earned a B.A. from California State University, Sacramento in 1999. Chad is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio, and is a member of the Arizona State Bar.
